Mr. Tree is the thirteenth character in Sprunki Modded and also the third melody-based character. Unlike most Sprunkis, he takes the form of a sentient tree with a brown trunk and lush green leaves, giving him a friendly and wise appearance.

In Normal Mode, Mr. Tree expresses emotions through his simple face, vibrating gently to his organ melody, creating a church-like harmony. However, in Horror Mode, he undergoes a transformation into a grayscale version of himself, losing his vibrant colors and having a missing person's poster covering his face, adding to his mysterious past.
